This confectionery is made with the roasted adzuki bean flour which is used for Akita's traditional confectionery, Morokoshi. Being inspired by Kakunodate, a famous place for cherry blossom viewing, it has a faint fragrance of cherry leaf. Two flavors, Plain and Chocolate Chip are available to enjoy with a cup of Japanese green tea as well as a cup of coffee or black tea.

Morokoshian

Sophisticatedly shaped, bite-sized Nama Morokoshi made with traditional Morokoshi dough and filled with paste made from plump adzuki beans.

Sakasen

Akita's traditional confectionery, Yamashina and adzuki beans are topped on aromatic Nama Morokoshi. Soft Nama Morokoshi is semi-sweet.
